Shipping Cost for all items worldwide is 20% from total cost of goods or $4 minimum.
We ship our products via:
• Availability
Most orders are processed within 24-72 hours.
• Israel Air Post
Delivery time is 7- 21 business days after
shipping from Israel.
It is regular Air Post and most orders are be sent that way.
• Registered Air Post
For each Registered Mail we are sending,
we are receiving from the Postal Office authorities a sign
receipt with a ref. mail number.
In case of lost package we will apply the Postal Office
Authorities for details and check up.
• EMS - Air Express
Delivery time is 3-4 days after shipping from Israel.
We send orders via EMS upon a customer request
(for an additional fee of $25).
Please note that we ship from Israel to overseas and delays might occure - we thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.
Returns Policy
• You may return an item sold by israelsportshop.com within
14 days of delivery for a full refund (not including postage).
• You may exchange an item for a bigger or smaller size.
In such a case the shipping cost for the returned
goods will be covered by the customer.
• In case you received a damaged or defective item - you
may return it for a replacement.
• In case you received a wrong item - ship it back and we will
replace it for you.
• In case you want to cancel your order before your
order was processed or shipped - let us know and we will
cancel your order and will refund your account.
• In case you want to change any detail of your order before
it was shipped - let us know via e-mail or by phone.
• In case we don't have part of your order in stock - we
wouldn't want you to wait and will send you your order in
two parts. You will not be charged for shipping cost for the second shipment.
• In case you didn't receive your order at all -
we will ask you to wait 30 days
(in order to give a chance to the Mail Authorities).
After 30 days let us know again.
